NOTE: A Deep Klean is Necessary for Airbnbs and VRBOs Prior to the Start of Maintenance Cleanings (Turnovers). 

Long-Term Rentals: Apartments or Stays 4 Weeks or Longer.

We kindly ask that only the apartment's original furniture remains for the next tenant, and any large personal items left behind will incur a removal fee. Additionally, if heavy smells such as cigarettes, marijuana, urine, feces, or animal odors are present and require specialized cleaning, these will also be subject to an additional fee.
